Quality Guarantee and Claims

We are committed to professional, punctual, high-quality service using premium products and proven detailing methods.

If you believe the service does not meet our quality standards, please notify us within 24 hours after completion. Claims must include clear photos or videos. Our team will review the case and, when appropriate, schedule a touch-up at no additional cost.

Property Access and Availability

The customer is responsible for ensuring safe access to the service location and making the vehicle or property available at the agreed date, time, and address.

Please provide any gate codes, access details, or special instructions before the appointment. If our team cannot access the property or perform the service for reasons outside our control, the appointment may be rescheduled and may be subject to a penalty fee.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Cancellations or appointment changes must be made with at least 24 hours of notice.

Late cancellations or no-shows, including cases where our team arrives and cannot perform the service, may be charged a penalty equal to 50% of the booked service total. In severe weather or force majeure situations, we will work with you to reschedule without penalty.

Las cancelaciones o cambios de cita deben notificarse con al menos 24 horas de anticipación.

Las cancelaciones tardías o ausencias, incluyendo los casos en que nuestro equipo se presenta y no puede realizar el servicio, podrán generar un cargo de penalización equivalente al 50% del valor total del servicio agendado. En casos de mal clima extraordinario o fuerza mayor, coordinaremos una reprogramación sin penalización.

Payment and Billing Policy

Payment is due immediately after service completion unless a prior written agreement is in place.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit and debit cards
  • Zelle and Cash App
  • Other digital payment methods approved by the company

We reserve the right to request a deposit to confirm certain bookings.

Monthly Membership Terms

Monthly membership plans are billed automatically to the payment method on file.

Scheduling: Membership visits must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Unused services from the current month do not roll over and are not transferable.

Cancellation: You may request cancellation before the next billing cycle begins. Refunds are not issued for billing periods already in progress.

Los planes de membresía mensual se facturan automáticamente al medio de pago registrado.

Programación: Las visitas de la membresía deben agendarse con al menos 24 horas de anticipación y están sujetas a disponibilidad. Los servicios no utilizados del mes en curso no se acumulan ni son transferibles.

Cancelación: Puedes solicitar la baja antes de que comience el siguiente ciclo de facturación. No se emiten reembolsos por periodos de facturación ya en curso.

Personal Items and Liability

Please remove cash, identification documents, electronics, jewelry, and other valuables from the vehicle before service. The company is not responsible for lost personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

The company is also not responsible for pre-existing damage, deteriorated or peeling paint, loose parts, poorly installed accessories, or normal wear on the vehicle or property.

Por favor, retira del vehículo el dinero en efectivo, documentos de identidad, electrónicos, joyas y otros objetos de valor antes del servicio. La empresa no se responsabiliza por la pérdida de objetos personales olvidados dentro del vehículo.

La empresa tampoco se responsabiliza por daños preexistentes, pintura deteriorada o descascarada, piezas sueltas, accesorios mal instalados o el desgaste normal del vehículo o la propiedad.
